Impressive Medical Research

Shinrin-yoku, a Japanese term that translates to forest bathing, can induce impressive health benefits.

-Significant increase in white blood cells called natural killer cells or NK and expression of anti-cancer proteins. In numerous studies, increased NK activity from a 3-day, 2-night forest bathing trip lasted for more than 30 days.
