After struggling with chronic health issues, I started my adventure into the world of healing nineteen years ago, and it has completely changed my life. Some of the health challenges I have experienced include: -IBS, ulcers, chronic nausea, and other digestive issues -Ovarian cysts -debilitating dystonia -body convulsions -debilitating costochondritis (inflammation in the cartilage where your ribs join your sternum) -chronic panic attacks -heavy cigarette smoking -relationships with romantic partners that involved domestic abuse -massive blowouts of road rage -intense self-hatred and depressive episodes -unable to hold a steady job, feeling lost in life, constantly overwhelmed, afraid of everything, and chronically exhausted There are times and circumstances where things like surgery are the right choice. And I’m deeply grateful for modern medicine and everything doctors and surgeons do to help us every day. That being said, many of us are chronically suffering from a very broken system. I was no exception. Feeling more and more desperate, I started exploring what else was out there in the world when it comes to healing with whatever money I had. Nineteen years of being a guinea pig (and still trying new things), the world of healing has become my greatest passion. From different methods to learning how to spot the snake oil, hopefully, I can share something with you that can help you in some way or accompany you through your healing adventure too.
